UAB Invictus has launched the implementation of its production process modernization project

UAB Invictus has launched the implementation of the project “Implementation of Modern Technologies in UAB Invictus” (Project No 03.3.1-LVPA-K-850-01-0166).

The company has received up to EUR 500,000.00 for the implementation of this project from the European Regional Development Fund of the European Union in accordance with Measure No 03.3.1-LVPA-K-850 “Regio Potential LT” of Priority 3 “Promotion of Competitiveness of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” of the Operational Programme for EU Structural Funds Investments for 2014-2020.

The main business activity of UAB Invictus is paper and cardboard processing (cutting) and supplying companies operating in the printing sector with materials of a certain size. Both the quality of paper and cardboard as well as the quality and accuracy of its cutting are important to the overall quality and performance of the print. UAB Invictus converts/cuts paper and cardboard material from large to small reels or from reels to sheets. The company manufactures products using its own materials as well as provides paper and cardboard conversion services by cutting/converting the materials provided by clients.

UAB Invictus pays particular attention to the modernization and automation of its technological equipment to ensure high cutting quality. Expansion of the company’s business activities is limited by lack of production facilities and production capacities, which prevents the company from being competitive in the market. Therefore a decision was made to build an extension to the existing production facilities to expand the area of the company’s production and storage facilities. A modern technological cardboard cutting line will also be acquired to ensure the expansion of the company’s production capacities.

After expanding its production capacities and installing modern technological equipment, the company will continue carrying out and developing its production activities – conversion (cutting) of paper and cardboard from large reels to smaller reels and from reels to sheets.
